Vortex Shiftex Alerts service provides subscribers with company related updates for employees including available shifts – 5 msgs/week.*

To sign up for Shiftex Emplyee Alerts with your company, please complete and return the sign up form provided by your employer.

Vortex Shiftex Alerts Services Mobile Terms and Conditions:

Cost to Participate: Although the Vortex Shiftex Alerts Program is complimentary and requires no purchase or fee for participation, message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for more details. Subscribers will receive up to 5 alerts each week with employer related information.

Questions: You can contact us at support@vortexconnect.com or at any time, from your mobile phone; send a text message with the word "HELP" to: 222444. We can answer any questions you have about the program.

Terminate the Service: To stop messages coming to your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. To stop our text alerts, just send a text that says "STOP" to the short code 222444. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages.

Supported Carriers: Vortex Shiftex Alerts service is available on the following U.S. carrier networks: Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Carolina West Wireless, Cellcom, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket, Nextel, nTelos, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless. In order to participate, the recipient's phone needs to be text messaging-enabled. We try to make it so everyone can participate but depending on your carrier, plan, and phone we can't guarantee it'll work for you.

Terms and Conditions: By participating in Vortex Shiftex Alerts service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here.

Availability: Vortex Shiftex Alerts service is only currently available to residents of the United States and Canada. You understand and acknowledge that you may not sign up for, access, or attempt to access or use the Program from countries outside of the U.S. or Canada. You agree to abide by U.S. and other applicable export control laws and not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any content or software subject to restrictions under such laws to a national destination or person prohibited under such laws.

Additional Legal Information: Vortex is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or mobile messages or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Vortex is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this program. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, VORTEX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Vortex reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or restrict access from any individual who tampers with the program process. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the internet address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning IP addresses for the domain associated with the action). Vortex assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails or mobile messages resulting from any form of active or passive email or mobile filtering by a user's internet service provider / mobile provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email or mobile phone account to receive email or messages. Vortex reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Vortex corrupts the administration, security or proper operation of the program. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on-line. Vortex reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify participants if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program as determined by Vortex, in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE BEING PROVIDED A SERVICE AT NO CHARGE BY VORTEX AND THAT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE VORTEX MUST LIMIT ITS POTENTIAL LIABILITY. ACCORDINGLY, NEITHER VORTEX NOR ITS PARTICIPATING BRANDS OR WIRELESS CARRIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, OF VORTEX, ITS PARTICIPATING BRANDS AND WIRLESS CARRIERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO $1.00 USD.
